How long is my tour?

Your tour description will have an itinerary of places which will be visited on the tour including how long you will approximately spend in each that location. Private walking tours are 3 hours long and private car tours are booked in slots of 4, 6, 8 hours and can be customised beforehand and on the day with your guide / chauffeur depending on the type of tour you have booked.

Do I need to carry my passport with me?

Singapore does not require visitors or residents to carry their passports with them, however it is advisable to carry a photo copy with you.

What do I need to show my guide upon arrival

You will receive an electronic copy of your tour and any tickets you purchase in your booking confirmation and email. You do not need to print your ticket unless specified. Just bring yourself and your group.

Do you provide food and drinks on the tour?

Please check your tour description, most tours will not provide food and drink unless you are booking a food tour in Singapore. However private tours can be adjusted to give you time for lunch / dinner, in this case your guide can recommend you the best local and international places to eat

Where will the guide meet us?

Please check your booking, where your meeting location is displayed, each tour departs from different locations. If you have booked a private tour your driver will pick you up from your specified hotel, airport or cruise port.

Do I need to wear a face mask?

Face masks are no longer required in public spaces in Singapore however it is not unusual in Singapore to wear a face mask if you feel you need to.

Do I need to leave a tip for the guide / driver

While it is not custom or compulsory to leave a tip in Singapore, this is an exception in the tourism industry in Singapore, guide & drivers will appreciate any tip but not expect it.
